Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

Piano service businesses and their customers are a broad group, and accessible software is simply better software. We treat accessibility as an ongoing engineering practice rather than a one-time audit, and we consider accessibility defects to be bugs.

2. Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This site is currently partially conformant, meaning most of the content meets the standard but some parts do not yet fully meet it. See Known limitations below.

This assessment is based on our own internal review (self-assessment) rather than a third-party audit. We have not yet commissioned an independent evaluation.

3. What we've done

• Keyboard access — all interactive controls, including the drag-and-drop dispatch demo, can be operated without a mouse. In the demo, press Space or Enter to pick up a job, arrow keys to move it, Space or Enter to drop it, and Escape to cancel.
• Skip link — a “Skip to main content” link appears on first Tab press so keyboard users can bypass the navigation.
• Semantic structure — landmarks, a logical heading order, and real form labels tied to every input.
• Visible focus — clear focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields.
• Reduced motion — animations are disabled automatically when your system requests reduced motion.
• Color and contrast — text is intended to meet AA contrast ratios, and color is never the only way information is conveyed.
• Responsive and zoomable — layouts reflow down to small screens and support browser zoom without loss of content.
• Images — meaningful images carry text alternatives; purely decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.

4. Known limitations

We want to be straightforward about where we are not yet where we'd like to be:

• Interactive dispatch demo — this is an inherently visual, spatial demonstration. It is keyboard operable and announced to screen readers, but the experience is less rich without sight. The demo is illustrative only: no information on this site is available exclusively through it, and the surrounding text describes what it shows.
• No independent audit yet — our conformance claim is a self-assessment. We plan to seek external review as the product matures.
• Third-party components — our demo request form is delivered by a third-party service, and we do not control its accessibility end to end.

If any of these prevent you from getting what you need, contact us and we will provide it another way.

5. Compatibility

This site is designed to work with recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, used together with the operating system's assistive technology (including VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, and built-in zoom and contrast settings). It may not work reliably with browsers more than two major versions old.

6. Technical specifications

Accessibility relies on the following technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA. The site depends on JavaScript for its interactive demos; core content and navigation remain readable without them.

7. Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback — it is the fastest way for us to find and fix problems. Please email grant@vivacecrm.com and include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, if you know it.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to describe our plan for a fix, including any interim workaround.

8. Ongoing review

We review this statement when we ship significant changes to the site, and at least annually. It was last reviewed on July 20, 2026.
